A two en-suite bedroom cottage (one superking and one king size double) with dining kitchen and seperate lounge space with access to both the front courtyard and south facing rear garden with log burner and hot tub.

Entering the cottage through a glass door straight into the dining kitchen, there is a downstairs toilet with washing machine, stairs and access to the lounge through an archway.

The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, double oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer, so whether you want to eat in or just enjoy a slow breakfast, there should be everything you need.

The dining table comfortably seats four. Through the archway to the lounge, with double aspect patio doors and a log burner.

Access to the garden including a south facing patio and hot tub is through one of the patio doors. Up the stairs, the two bedrooms are both en-suite.

The larger room has a vaulted, beamed ceiling, superking double bed (which can be split into twins at guest request) and en-suite shower room.

The other bedroom has a king size bed and large en-suite with free standing bath and seperate large walk in shower. There is one car parking space with this cottage, but more can normally be accommodated by agreement
