This spacious cottage may suit families looking for a little more space or perhaps those with a dog or two? From the front door, you enter a tiled hallway, with the smaller of the two bedrooms immediately on the left (king size double that can be split into 2 singles) and then the family bathroom with large walk in shower (no bath).

As the hallway opens out, there's a boot seat below a long set of coat hooks - a great place to dry any wet jackets if you get caught out in a shower, as there's a radiator below! There's also a washing machine and plenty of space for boots or paraphernalia for children or dogs.

The master bedroom is just to the right, again with a king size bed (that can be split into 2 singles by request) and lovely views over the shared courtyard garden to the front. Through into the kitchen / dinner, there is seating for 4 as well as access to the south facing conservatory, with comfortable wicker sofas, and on to the patio and enclosed garden.

The kitchen has plenty of space and is well equipped for preparing family meals or just a light breakfast. The focus of the kitchen is the Aga, but there is also a conventional ceramic hob and double oven. The Aga is only on between November and March. Finally, on into the lounge, with double aspect windows and a glazed door that opens onto the front courtyard.

With a log burner, smart TV and large, comfortable sofas, this is a great room to relax, whatever time of year. To the rear of the property, accessed from the conservatory, is a patio with outdoor table and seating for 4, a charcoal BBQ (in the summer) and a hot tub with views out to the open fields beyond. From the patio you step down onto a small lawned area which is separated by a low level picket style fence.

This property is next to the Manor House and the Manor House garden does wrap around the rear of this property. There are two car parking spaces available with this cottage.
