Plas Llechylched is well situated being around 5 minutes from the A55, which makes getting around the island and into Snowdonia easy.

The nearest village is Bryngwran, which has a community run pub and shortly village shop. Please support our local community!

Rhosneigr is a popular beach resort, with sand dunes and large sandy beaches, it’s popular with watersport enthusiasts as well as families and is 3 miles from the cottages. There are a number of restaurants and pubs as well as a few shops and a surf school.

Newborough Forrest is a wonderful area of woodland that reaches down to the long and sandy Llanddwyn beach with Llanddwyn island at the end of it, which can only be reached at the right state of tide (be aware) and is the site of St Dwydyn who is the Welsh patron saint of lovers, as well as stunning views across Snowdonia. It also just happens to be Gwen’s favourite place on Anglesey!
