With a log burner, smart TV and large, comfortable sofas, this is a great room to relax, whatever time of year. To the rear of the property, accessed from the conservatory, is a patio with outdoor table and seating for 4, a charcoal BBQ (in the summer) and a hot tub with views out to the open fields beyond. From the patio you step down onto a small lawned area which is separated by a low level picket style fence.
